Clinicians have difficulty explaining complicated medical concepts to their patients and patients have difficulty understanding complicated things which physicians tell them. One reasons for this is that a patient’s visit to a physician is likely to be less than 15 minutes, and in any case, physicians are unable to spend the amount of time which patients that patients typically desire. Physicians use medical terms which patients do not understand, but which they would like to learn. We hope to use this platform to provide evidence-based information in a more simpler way on basic health issues.
It is noteworthy that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Our lifestyle has brought about so many life and health disorders. We hope to use this Blog to educate all on health matters as well as information on health issues which include but not limited to mental health information and support.

Every day thousands of children and adults die needlessly because they do not receive basic life-saving interventions – interventions that are often locally available but are simply not provided due to indecision, delays, misdiagnosis, and incorrect treatment. Many would still be alive today if those responsible for their care had access to basic healthcare information.
However, any information on or associated with this platform should NOT be considered as a substitute for medical advice from a healthcare professional because there is no one-size-fits-all in medicine. If you are experiencing any form of health problem, always consult a doctor/pharmacist before attempting any treatment on your own.
We hope to create a world where people are no longer dying for lack of knowledge. Patients being informed regarding to their health contribute immensely to good health outcome and better patient-physician relationship as confirmed by numerous studies.
